Terms and Conditions - Mr Clipr

Article 1 - Definitions In these General Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Mr Clipr : Mr Clipr, established at Voortje 17, 5731PP Mierlo, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 93210914.

Consumer: a natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business.

Business customer : a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of a profession or business.

Distance contract : a contract whereby use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication.

Product : The festival gadget offered by Mr Clipr.

Article 2 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Mr Clipr and to every agreement concluded between Mr Clipr and the consumer or business customer.

Article 3 - Offer

The offer contains an accurate description of the product. Mr Clipr is not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in the offer.

Images accurately represent the product. Minor deviations in color or finish do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.

Article 4 - Agreement

The agreement is concluded after acceptance by the customer and confirmation by Mr Clipr.

Mr Clipr reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons or to impose additional conditions.

Article 5 - Prices

All listed prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Mr Clipr reserves the right to change prices unless otherwise agreed.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment must be made in advance using the offered payment methods, such as iDEAL or credit card.

In case of late payment, Mr Clipr reserves the right to postpone or cancel delivery.

Article 7 - Delivery

Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer.

Mr Clipr aims to deliver within 3 business days (B2C) and 30 days (B2B), depending on the requirements of the order placed. These delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation if exceeded.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the consumer's responsibility.

Article 9 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are clearly personal in nature and are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.

Article 10 - Warranty and liability

Mr Clipr does not provide any warranties on its products other than those required by law.

Mr Clipr is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

Article 11 - Complaints procedure

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery via info@mrclipr.com.

Mr Clipr will respond substantively within 14 days.

Article 12 - Privacy

Mr Clipr processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Statement for more information.

Article 13 - Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, Mr Clipr is entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement without being liable for damages.

Article 14 - Applicable law and disputes

All agreements between Mr Clipr and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Mr Clipr is established.
