For this website we work with the following parties:

  • Netlify (hosting and forms): this website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you send our contact or quote form, the details you enter and any attachments (such as your logo) are passed to us through Netlify and stored there. We only use this data to answer your question or quote request.
  • Shopify (ordering and payment): orders and payments are handled in our web shop at shop.mrclipr.com, which runs on Shopify. When you check out there, the web shop's privacy policy and Shopify's privacy policy also apply to that processing.
  • Google (Google Analytics): only if you give consent through the cookie banner, see Google Analytics.

Netlify and Google are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area are covered by the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention period

MrClipr.com does not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

MrClipr.com uses cookies and similar technologies. Below you can see which ones, and what for.

Functional (always on)

  • mrclipr-consent (local storage in your browser): remembers whether you accepted or declined Google Analytics, so we don't ask on every visit. Kept until you clear it yourself.
  • Your last configuration in the configurator (model, colour, quantity) is also kept locally in your browser, so it's still there next time. This data never leaves your device.

Analytics (only with consent)

  • _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): tell visitors and sessions apart so we can see how the website is used. Retention: up to 2 years.

YouTube videos

YouTube videos only load when you press play. Only then does your browser connect to YouTube (via youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube may store data on your device.

At checkout

Our web shop at shop.mrclipr.com (Shopify) sets its own cookies that are needed for the basket and checkout. You can read more about these in the web shop's privacy policy.

You can change your choice for analytics cookies at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use our website, so we can improve it. Google Analytics is only loaded after you have given consent through the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

  • IP addresses are anonymised.
  • Advertising features are switched off: we don't use the data for advertising or personalised marketing.
  • Among other things, we measure which pages are visited, when someone continues to checkout and when a contact or quote form is sent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The analytics cookies are then removed from your device.

8. Security of your data

MrClipr.com takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unlawful processing.
