14-day cooling-off period
Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.
How to send something back
- Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel it. Email info@mrclipr.com with your name and order number.
- Send the product back in its original condition and packaging. We'll email you the return address.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Not eligible for return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are clearly personal in nature and are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, such as clips made with your logo or in your own colour.
Complaints and warranty
Mr Clipr does not provide any warranty on its products other than that required by law. Mr Clipr is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery via info@mrclipr.com. Mr Clipr will respond substantively within 14 days.
